Great Experience Provided By Rebecca In Club Service Car - All Day Trip To Petersburg

点评：We rode the Potomac Eagle for the first time, taking their all-day trip to Petersburg, WV. We enjoyed the entire experience onboard the train. We were in the Club Service car. We received excellent service from Rebecca for the entire trip. She made us feel welcomed and comfortable and took care of all of our needs all day long. She provided the same high level of attentive service to everyone in our car. The food was great, the accommodations were very comfortable and the scenery was beautiful. We were allowed to walk the entire length of the train and go into all of the different cars. We particularly liked being able to go into the observation car and see the scenery up close. The only odd part of the trip was the three hour layover in Petersburg, WV. That was a total waste of time. I could understand maybe an hour to get the trained cars reset for the return trip and to give the staff some break time, but three hours was way too long. That said, we would do this again and we would keep the same level of service. We really enjoyed everything provided in the Club Service car by Rebecca.
