Far South Expeditions的点评
点评：We booked a private tour during a cruise ship port call. Unfortunately the ship arrived in Punta Arenas a day early. We were unaware of the itinerary change and so was Far South Expeditions. But, the port was prepared for the ship's arrival and ALL of the other tour companies meeting passengers were aware of the change. FarSouth communicated with us only to say they could not accommodate us a day early and to confirm we still intended to take our 2nd Far South tour in Puerto Montt (which we did and were pleased with). Our request for an alternate tour in Santiago (where we had a week following the cruise) were met with silence. We continued to reach out to Far South who did not respond. Finally, two days before our trip ended, Far South said they would not refund our missed tour nor could they accommodate us for an alternate tour. Our last request was for a refund of half the amount we paid was ignored.
