点评:We thoroughly enjoyed our first cooking class in Roma with Letizia. There were 2 couples — And to make it a little complicated, we had 1 vegetarian, 1 gluten-free, and 2 that would be fine with anything. We each had a chance to participate in every part of each course. Letizia planned the meal with fresh, simple and obtainable ingredients that could easily recreate again at home. We enjoyed a fresh fennel, orange and olive salad; risotto with mushrooms and asparagus; Swiss chard with cooked pink beans and sausage; and a chocolate-orange custard. Letizia brings so much wisdom and culture to the table. It was 4 hours of lively conversation, educational opportunities and shared over delicious food. We look forward to sharing this delightful experience and suggestion with all our traveling friends.
