Terrible experience and unprofessional!

点评：As we arrived in Malahide off of the dart train from Dublin there sat a cute red train with a salesman of a driver who was telling us to get on the train and he would take us to Malahide castle and to the beach all day. We confirmed he would run until 5pm as he rushed us on the train. It seemed a bit odd and he was rather rude when we inquired about the schedule. Fast forward to later in the day where we planned out our movements based on his promise of transportation. When he arrived and was taking us from Malahide castle to the beach area we were informed that he was stopping his routes early and wouldn’t be picking us up from the beach to take us back into town. The whole point of us utilizing this transportation is because we were traveling with kids and grandparents. It is quite the hike back into town and when expressed my discontent he got angry and was very unprofessional. Needless to say, he didn’t come back and quite the day early even though we had paid for the day. As a previous review said, he is disorganized and tries to confuse and fast talk his way out of what he has promised. Malahide is a beautiful place to visit, but I would recommend getting a different mode of transportation if you need it versus relying on someone who doesn’t hold up their end of the deal.
