Disappointing Visit
Bannatyne Health Club & Spa - Norwich的点评
点评：Booked a Spa Day. Spa itself was ok, but it’s setting within a gym complex detracted from the experience.
Full access to the remainder of the facility is included within the price and while the gym looked good, the facilities that you would associate with a Spa (pool/jacuzzi/sauna/steam room) were poor.
The pool ( best guess would be 20m x 10m) is too small to allow for actual swimming, especially as there is only one swimming lane.
Jacuzzi cold.
Steam Room and Sauna too small for general, and relaxing, use.
Only three beds around the pool for lounging so more akin to a leisure centre than a spa.
Tiles around the shower area missing and ceiling tiles stained and in need of replacement.
Purchased the “bag” containing flip flops, towel and bathrobe. Wife’s bag was split, my bathrobe had no ties along with a tear.
Spa treatment itself was good , but you accessed the Spa by walking through reception and a coffee bar in your robes. Again not what is expected of a Spa.
By all means have a treatment but not a full day package.
All other Spa visitors were of the same mind with some leaving before their treatments were due.
All staff were kind and courteous.
