War Museum of Tripoli的点评
点评：We went with very little knowledge of more modern Greek military/war history and hoped to learn it at the museum. There are photos and artifacts arranged in chronological order. There is little text written next to them. We were given a few pages of text in English to walk around with but it did not provide a comprehensive explanation of what happened, when and why and even for what was presented we had to guess a bit what photos or items the text was referring to. We stood in the museum and tried getting information off the internet to make sense of part of what we were seeing. Some people who went through the museum seem to have walked through it with some kind of guide. I don't know if that has to be arranged in advance or is jut a matter of luck. I don't know what the experience would have been like with a guide, but without one I think there is very little value to going to this museum. Hoping the museum can improve its presentation in the future.
