点评:We booked this wine tour in August for a November tour date. Less than a week before the tour I received an email from Gary asking if we could move our tour date to the day before or after. I explained that we were in town for a wedding and that our tour date is our only free day. Got an email back confirming the original date and everything seemed fine.
About an hour later I received another email telling me that another couple on our same tour cancelled their reservation so Gary assumed that we were part of that couple's party because we booked the same day as they did, so he took it upon himself to cancel our reservation and refund our fee. Unbelievable, but sadly true.
I phoned Gary and he admitted that he just assumed we were with the other couple because of the same day booking. He then explained that his dentist wanted to bring a group of 25 on a tour and picked our date and time and Gary just couldn't say no to him. Yet he had no problem saying no to us, even though we booked the date and time nearly 3 months in advance and never agreed to give up our spots.
If you're considering this tour, you're well advised to search elsewhere. I've never received such poor treatment from a business in my life and it's a miracle that they're still in business given the complete lack of customer service and extremely sketchy business ethics.
