点评：I arrived in Phalodi February 16 by public transport at stayed at Hotel New Golden Palace and paid 1120 Rs for single room. Hotel Dwarvesh across the street quoted me 1200. I then walked to Kheechan Lake/Khichan Bird Sanctuary(listed on google maps) and hung out at this pond for a few hours. You can also take a shared rickshaw for 20 or 30 to the drop on the main road. The following morning I walked to the feeding ground which is sign posted as Kurjan Conservation Reserve Khichan and google maps as Pakshi Chugga Ghar. It's an open field fenced off. There is a building right next to it where you can watch from the roof but they have wood planks on the side of the fence bringing an even better spot in my opinion. They left the food out over night or prior to the sunrise. The cranes started appearing around 8:00 and started to land about 8:30. I left at 9:50 and the field was still 1/2 filled but I needed to catch an 11:00 bus.
