点评：What a fantastic shop! I collect pirate coins and look for them in coin shops and antique stores all over the world. Literally every one I have been to increases the price of their pirate coins 3-4 times what they are truly worth. Not the case with Artifacts! Are pirate coins expensive? Yes. Plan on spending $250-350 for a decent starter coin. They are rare pieces of history and that comes at a price. But Charles at Artifacts prices his right where they should be, right where a coin book would suggest they should sell for. And right what I pay for similar coins from my sources. And that is incredible.
And there are lots of other unique greatly Maritime related artifacts there to look at or purchase.
So, go in, have a look! And know that, if you do chose to get something, his prices aren't inflated for tourists, but rather right where they should be, what a true collector would expect to pay.
And what a scholarly and friendly gentleman as well! What a pleasure it was speaking with him and his staff about the artifacts. They were all incredibly knowledgeable about the things they had, and it was fascinating taking the time to learn about the stuff.
