点评：One of the most disappointing cathedrals to visit, do not make a special journey to visit Truro Cathedral, pop in if you’d like to see it if you are already in Truro with something else planned. You will only be inside for 15 minutes at the most.
If you have a disability the Cathedral is not equipped to help you access all areas, there was a sign in the front stating there was a ramp to get into the Cathedral, it was not obvious as to were it was. The entrance doors are difficult and heavy.
There is a lack of signage outside to help you find the entrance, also inside.
There is little written information available regarding the history of the Cathedral.
Everywhere you turn they are asking for money, with card machines at the ready for you to pay by card for a tealight should you wish to light one.
No guides/volunteers to ask questions.
The fan vaulted ceiling is typical copy of all gothic cathedrals, therefore no reflection of its young age.
The stained glass is unassuming.
No gift shop, just a counter with a few items for sale, don’t take cash.
No toilets.
