点评:We completed the superhero-style fly on May 4th, 2025 and booked in for the 19:20 slot.
The team don’t admit you onto the platform until five minutes before your actual slot time, so bear this in mind for your arrival/ planning/ etc.
the lady who checked our tickets was lovely, and the gentleman that weighed us and directed us out was great also.
They will try and flog you a $60 for photos and videos at the end, and I found the girl talking us through this to be quite pushy. She looked me up and down when I politely declined this service (we’re on a budget honeymoon and we felt we’d spent enough on this experience already, as we’re entitled to do!).
The gentleman who fitted us for our riding gear/ harness was so lovely, I think he could tell I was a little nervous, and he got me smiling!
We were third off in our respective rows at the top, and I was so impressed by how quickly the staff reseat everything after people flew out. It worked like clockwork, but I would go expecting a wait time at busier periods. We only had to wait around 15/20 minutes.
The actual ride itself is over in less than a minute, but it was such a fun experience!
At the end, we were promptly released, and had no issues with staff.
When you’re leaving, you can look through your photos, but need a QR code to do this (you’re given it on a card before you fly).
I misplaced this ticket, and the lady behind the desk was less-than sympathetic. She just stared at us with a blatant attitude and didn’t attempt to help us. I’m not sure whether they can manually go through photos or not, but she clearly wasn’t going to help. Had she done this, I may have considered buying the actual flying photo if it was of good quality.
Apart from this, I’d say it was a positive experience. Perhaps go into this accepting that you’re not going to get the shiny-‘American’ customer service that you may get elsewhere.
