Amazing service and memories from Jenny at Vietnam Typical Tours

点评：We were really well looked after by Jenny at Vietnam Typical Tours on a 2D 1N Tour from Hanoi to Ha along Bay and then a Ha Long to Ninh Binh tour for a further 3D 2N.
While researching tours with other companies we found that with most of them you had to return to Hanoi after Ha Long bay but that seemed to be a waste of time/another night in a Hanoi hotel just to set off early for Ninh Binh the next day.
Jenny sorted out a tour which meant we could travel straight from Ha Long Bay to Ninh Binh giving us more time in the amazing Ninh Binh and maximising our time in Vietnam.
Jenny was just a quick WhatsApp away and provided, in advance, details/phone number/car registration numbers for our pickups throughout the trip ,which is really helpful and reassuring (although the transfers all managed to find us themselves!)
Also, Jenny checked in on us repeatedly to make sure things were going smoothly and to see if there was anything else we needed amazing!
We were also able to settle the payment for the trip ahead of leaving the UK. This was helpful for us just to minimise taking additional cash for excursions as we had everything all paid up in advance.
The home stay which was provided (Tam Coc Riverview Homestay) was both beautiful, accommodating, lovely staff and a perfect location. Food was amazing - what a great time!
