点评：Me and my fiancé decided to celebrate our engagement with a wine tasting experience. We booked for the wine lovers experience (6 wines to taste).
We had a very lovely young woman with long brown hair, I’m sure her name was Maria, who instantly came over to us, we gave our introductions and away we went. There was so waiting around. Maria was so so knowledgeable, despite being only 21!
She was interested to ask questions about us and our engagement and was happy to tell us about growing up around the family business.
We expected a large group but was surprised to have only us on the tour and tasting. It was very intimate and it was a perfect celebration for us.
Maria picked out 4 wines she was sure we would love and then chose 2 that she thought we’d like but that was very different to our usual taste. She explained each part of the wine before we tasted and told us what foods to pair. The locally sourced foods were outstanding, we couldn’t help but buy some of the fig chutney.
We ended up purchasing a bottle of wine also, which was very reasonably priced, especially for the quality of the wine. We would’ve paid more if it was priced higher, it was well worth the price.
We paid 28 euros per ticket, which was such a good price for what we had included.
I could not recommend enough. The value for money was more than we expected, the quality of the wines was easy to taste, the knowledge of our tour guide was immense. I could’ve have improved it if I had tried!!
