The Spa at Five Lakes的点评
点评：I booked the Indulgence spa day for two people,costing £354 .We were twice directed through hallways in the process of being cleaned, having to step around vacuum cleaners, and I'm afraid the hallways were sadly not smelling fresh, nothing dreadful but rather like old bedroom smells so it did not feel like a luxurious start to the day .
However to the spas credit both spa therapists we saw we cannot fault , they were extremely lovely attentive and very professional thoughout , our treatments were faultless, unfortunately the treatment rooms they worked from were not, they were too cold for my liking and we we're looking up at dirty , possible mouldy ceiling tiles during treatments.
The pool temperature felt good but the whole pool area and sauna felt grubby and in need of a deep clean . Showers were not working and there was no obvious hair dryers or area to sit to do hair and make up afterwards , the only place was a standing area at a mirror in the locker room which lacked the indulgent luxurious feel that I would expect from a spa.
While our afternoon tea was indeed delicious, the experience lacked attentive staffing , we where not tended to or offered any further drinks after our food was served.
We were booked in from 9 to 5 but left around 3
All in all a rather underwhelming experience unfortunately.
