点评：I had a day use reservation for Bronte Creek provincial park, picnic shelter PS-8 Grey for August 25, 2024. The site was not cleaned when provided to us and the same was notified to the park officials who clicked photographs of the place. There was food waste, particles and feces that was left uncleaned at the shelter and we were told that they could send a cleaning person, however no one showed up.
The electric plug were not working as per our agreement and an electrcian who appeared onsite confirmed the same. We were denied escort at the end and was told to walk carrying stuff back to the parking while the escort trucks were travelling empty.
We are now being told that our deposit is forfeited as we didnt leave the place clean enough.
