点评：Disaster. Booked for 2.30 got there at 2.15. Told bit of delay. Eventually seated at 3.30. Order taken about 15 mins later then to be told they had run out of beef!!. Eventually after nearly an hour one lot of food came out, 10 mins later another dish came out we had no cutlery by this stage so asked for cutlery this was brought to table but got 3 sets and there was 4 of us. 10 mins later the other 2 dishes came out had to ask for veg. Eventually after getting all food the first 2 dishes had gone cold. Clearly they had run out of veg as well as what we got was some shrivelled and some undercooked raw veg. There was a guy waiter who was trying his best and running around trying to sort out the mess. There were other people complaining, the table next to us were moaning as well. This is clearly a managerial fault, they book far too many people in and just seem to hope for the best which clearly is total chaos. Should get the male waiter to manage as he would be far more professional than the female manageress who was strutting around dancing and feeding her daughter who was constantly running in and out of the kitchen but not at all worried about the chaos and disgruntled customers either she didn't notice or didn't care. We travelled a long way to see family and it just spoiled the whole afternoon and we left very upset that it ruined the afternoon when it should have been a lovely chilled time eating and chatting with family. Mostly the staff did try to do their best but they didn't stand a chance with the way its managed.
翻译：灾难。预订了 2.30 的座位，2.15 才到。说有点晚。最终 3.30 入座。大约 15 分钟后才接单，然后被告知牛肉已经售罄！！最终，将近一个小时后，一批食物上来了，10 分钟后另一道菜上来了，此时我们没有餐具，所以我们要了餐具，服务员端上了桌，但我们一共 4 个人，一共要了 3 套。10 分钟后，另外两道菜上来了，我们不得不要蔬菜。最后，上完所有食物后，前两道菜已经凉了。显然，他们的蔬菜也用完了，我们拿到的是一些皱巴巴的和未煮熟的生蔬菜。有一位男服务员竭尽全力跑来跑去试图收拾残局。其他人也在抱怨，我们旁边的桌子也在抱怨。这显然是管理上的失误，他们预订了太多客人，却似乎只顾着求好，结果显然一片混乱。应该找个男服务员来管理，他比女经理专业多了。女经理一边跳舞一边喂女儿，而女儿则不停地在厨房里跑进跑出，却一点也不担心混乱和不满的顾客，要么她没注意到，要么根本不在乎。我们长途跋涉来看望家人，这毁了我们整个下午的美好时光，离开时我们非常沮丧，因为这毁了我们原本应该和家人一起吃饭聊天的美好时光。大多数员工都尽力了，但以这种管理方式，他们根本无能为力。
