基地潜水中心的点评
点评：We did a 10 dive pack with My Base Diving and had a great experience. The staff were really friendly, happy and relaxed above water and attentative below water.
They couldn't have been more helpful, and nothing was too much trouble, including sorting a glitch with an item of our own equipment. There was an option to use 10 or 12 litre steel cylinders, 10 's being their preference. I opted for a 12, especially on deeper dives. We dived the same 30m wreck twice during our 10 day stay and all other dives were shallower.
Although the corals weren't in good condition, we were surprised by the number and variety of marine life on the reefs. We encountered only mild currents on occasion, making this an ideal place to learn to dive or gain more experience.
As experienced divers, we didn't need a lot of looking after but dive briefings were thorough. As older divers, we were pleased that there was minimal lifting and carrying of equipment. It was only a short stroll from the dive centre to the boat mooring, and staff transported cylinders on a trolley.
There were always plenty of staff on the boat so all levels of divers were catered for in small groups.
Our only regret was that we don't speak French so we missed out on the banter with French guests but it was great to be with such a happy crowd and their English was brilliant.
