By the time we joined the queues and began enjoying the rides at 3:45 PM, we were told at 4:25 PM that the park was closing. Given the circumstances of the power outage, it would have been fair to extend the closing time to at least 5:00 PM to allow visitors to enjoy the park properly.
Additionally, I found the staff to be quite rude and unaccommodating during this experience, which only added to the frustration.
Unfortunately, this visit has left a negative impression, and I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction. I hope the management will take steps to address such situations more effectively in the future to ensure a better experience for all visitors.
