点评：The older woman serving in the gift shop was totally dismissive, rude and arrogant towards my 14 yo granddaughter who had specifically requested this place. My granddaughter went to the shop alone to encourage her to use the language and was met with a disgustingly poor and disrespectful attitude. This spoiled the whole experience. Irrespective of the woman’s political or personal views I expect and demand
professionalism from the staff I deal with.
Unfortunately my granddaughter only informed us about it after we left, otherwise I would have confronted the server myself.
You only have one chance to create a first impression and this person spoiled the whole experience. I would not recommend a visit here despite the fabulous exhibit and work they do.
