DANGEROUS WITHOUT HAND RAILS

点评：WHEN WHEN WHEN are Vue going to put some hand/grab rails in their auditoriums. I visit frequently, mostly for the many wonderful Live Screenings. I often bring some more elderly people and we have to sit in the second or third rows as it is so difficult and dangerous to walk down the steps without any rail. Not really where we want to be as 1. it is too close and loud for the comfort of older people and 2. when you have sat for 2 hours and more you get stiff which makes it even more difficult and dangerous.
This is a serious problem! One of my friends, now sadly deceased, tripped and partly fell one day and we were only a couple of rows up. Fortunately I managed to break his fall that time. I would have thought there would be a legal requirement knowing how stringent Health and Safety regulations can be.
Come on Bicester Vue, do the decent thing and put up a few rails!
