巧克力山的点评
点评：It's billed as the place to go when in Bohol but it's not No1 for me.
Yes, the scenery is very unique, but the site is not as vast as I had thought. I think you need to go up into the hills for a much higher panoramic view than the one you get from the manmade viewpoint up the steps here.
They also need to improve the services. Toilet facilities are good but very limited (and overpriced) options for anything to eat and although there are a few shops they are all pathetically full of tat. If this is your main tourist attraction, get a proper visitor centre with a much better gift shop rather than the stalls around outside.
My biggest gripe? Not anywhere selling (milk) chocolate hills. Surely, a must sell product here of all places. i did actually find boxes of these souvenir treats...at the Bohol Bee Farm shops some miles away.
