Poor place, one staff member was great and picked the poor experience up for my kids.

点评：There was a lovely young boy, he was so kind and my girls took a huge liking to him instantly! We saw him a couple of times and each time he was nothing short of helpful, respectful and made their experience so enjoyable, it’s just unfortunate I didn’t catch his name. The two stars are most certainly for him!
Aside from that, the manager had told my little girl, who is, and triple checked 1.1m that after her fifth go on the green run that she was too small.. I took her over to the measuring board to show her and instead of looking and coming over, she shouted from the other side ‘no she’s not going on’. I found this so rude and it set the day off on a negative tone. I had measured my daughter before arriving to check it wasn’t a waste of time, then 2 people had already measured her to go onto the ride at the top and bottom. It seems like to me she was having a bad day and chose to take that out on my child. Hugely disappointed.
Whilst on the negative note, the park had 2 rides closed (which I was aware about) but when actually there a lot more things were closed, for example.. the large animals were closed, the petting animals had nothing in their cages, there were no crafts available and all of the kiosks around the park were closed, meaning half way round we had to go all the way back just for a drink. There wasn’t a point in letting them into the soft play as it was so full and busy (probably due to the closure of everything else) .
