点评：Incredible place. Unfortunately was made to feel extremely awkward by a staff member. Tapped to get my ticket with my debit card, no problems. Later purchased a book from the shop, served by the same lady (Donna, who was lovely) and we made my way to the cafe. Donna came up to me and let me know my card declined, which was fine - I happily went back to pay again. I work in retail and this happens everyday with customers depending on if they've never used their card before here (particular banks) or their bank only allows a certain amount of taps per day, without pin. It's a simple process of them having to use their pin, instead, for security, if a tap is declined. While I was putting my pin in, I said I must have been 'all tapped out' and got the most rude, eyeballing stare from the other lady colleague which made me feel like abit of criminal, if Im honest! It was extremely awkward and rude. Assume they've not worked in retail long as they seemed oblivious to this fact. I Manage a retail store on the tills all day, where this happens about 25% of the day. What I don't do, when a customer has been happy to support us, is eyeball them suspiciously when their card declines and they have to put their pin in, instead. This is basic customer service, if not common manners not to stare? On the way out she also stared at me strangely. A very strange experience and I suggest additional training on the tills. Also, I would wait until the purchase has been accepted before sending the customer off and making things awkward later.
