点评：We have been regulars at Casa for years, firstly as a couple and now with our young family. We live in walking distance and this has the potential to be a stunning place to visit but it has gone so downhill since the new owners have taken over.
It always seems understaffed for the amount of people in (or outside) of the restaurant, the staff who are there seem very young - this is not mean offensively but I couldn’t tell you who was in charge and the younger staff are clearly in experienced and can’t deal with such a busy environment. You can often be left standing at the bar for a long time, left waiting to order food for a long time or sat amongst dirty tables.
The outside space is amazing on a sunny day but we have found that the bottom bar is rarely open, clogging up the main bar upstairs, the outside tables are often left full of plates and dirty glasses for hours (we have witnessed this a few times) which could be laziness or lack of staff? The outside menus are sticky and look like they need a good clean and the whole place generally looks tired and some of the practices seem a bit unhygienic.
The music inside is so loud and we often ask for it to be turned down, particularly when there is different music playing in the bar to the restaurant. Tables feel cramped in the restaurant and the food is average at best. The pizzas are still amazing and we do keep coming back because we know Casa of old and hope that it will change or be transformed in to something which it could be: amazing!
I really hope the management - whoever they are - and the new owners take notice of the poor reviews, all of which seem pretty consistent, and work some magic because this lovely place is potentially going to ruin.

里面的音乐太吵了，我们经常要求调低音量，尤其是在酒吧和餐厅播放不同音乐的时候。餐厅里的桌子感觉很拥挤，食物也充其量只能说是一般。披萨依然美味，我们还会继续光顾，因为我们对Casa很熟悉，希望它能有所改变，或者转型成它本应有的样子：美味！
我真心希望管理层——不管他们是谁——以及新老板能够注意到那些似乎一直持续的差评，并施展魔法，因为这个可爱的餐厅可能就要倒闭了。
