The Teal Arms的点评
点评：They state on the website to book ahead on a Monday/Tuesday to avoid disappointment. It’s safe to say I’m disappointed despite booking two weeks in advance.
Arrived at 6:45pm for our 7pm reservation and ignored by the staff. The head of our party managed to get their attention and they said to come back at 7pm as our table still had people in our reserved seats. We came back at 7 to find out that the table had not been asked to move/leave and instead have been given more drinks (full bottle of wine).
We stood on the restaurant for around 20 minutes being ignored by all members of staff. Nobody taking responsibility, we then rose the issue again with the staff and were told “there’s a 40 minute wait for food” so at this point we just decided to leave.
To reiterate, this was booked two weeks in advance as family from out of town are visiting. Won’t be returning.
