点评:We went to Villa Escudero on a day trip 9th November 2024. Upon arrival, we were informed that our 3-month old rescue puppy, Gwen, was not allowed inside despite the fact that she is only 9” in length and could be carried in my arms for the duration of the tour. I was forced to leave her in the cage after being reassured that the cage was clean and had been sprayed. I paid the cage rental fee of Php400.00 accordingly.
However, upon collecting Gwen, I noticed that she was covered in fleas! She has thin white short fur but her skin is mostly exposed due to her condition in the streets but she had no fleas. She is also monitored by our vet. I immediately took her back to Reception to complain and was told to write to management for compensation. I found myself buying tick medications along with other treatments as my cat at home was also infected and I had to stop further spread in the house. No response from Villa Escudero despite repeated messages and follow up calls. Scandalous that they are not willing to take responsibility for their negligence. Not to mention that my sister's toe was injured when their sign fell on her feet necessitating medical attention by their nurse. They want the money but they don't want to compensate.
