Pleasantly surprised by Swansea
National Waterfront Museum的点评
点评：Loved the sea front museum, really cool. Did not think much of the Swansea museum, it was dark and weird. Loved the indoor market, Swansea castle and the city square which is shortly to be demolished. The people were friendly. The hotel were I stayed was good, inexpensive and the staff were great. The downside to the hotel was that it was covered in scaffolding. The worst part was the price of dinner and breakfast. I'm a Londoner so I'm used to tourists being ripped off.
I used several cabs during my visit and all the drivers were helpful. I had a problem getting home by train and the station staff were excellent, in particular Natalie. Also, paying 50p to use the toilet in the bus station was a bit much.
