点评：We played the prison break.
The male staff member was fantastic very frendly and helpfull
When we were in the room we got stuck on a puzzle with a pin code and our # key was missing. We asked for help via the intercome avalabe and we got a very Snooty & rude woman who treated us like we were stupid. We had to ask multiple times if our keypad needed a # Key as it apeared to be missing.
(Our friends in the ajacent room had a # key).
After many attempts of trying to talk with her she said we did in fact need the # key to enter the code. With the broken keypad she had to open the next door for us to continue.
At the end I showed the guy the key pad and he agreed that it was broken and apolagises for the frustration.
I have nothing but nice things to say about him.
The woman thou should have been more understanding and communicative with us regarding the broken keypad.
We are very experienced at escape rooms, This being our 25th escape room and we were very disappointed her treatment and lack of caring.
Had it been a less experienced group they might have had an even worst experience
