Ayurkshethra Ayurveda Retreats & Hospitals的点评
点评：I had a very thorough and successful ayurvedic experience at the Ayurkshethra Retreat and Hospital. I went for 16 days and left feeling revitalised, looking slimmer and knowing that my immune system was boosted for the year ahead.
The treatments from the wonderful therapists were beautifully relaxing and energising. My therapists were also so supportive when there were some more difficult procedures that I chose to have, and I never once felt uncomfortable or worried.
The doctors overseeing the whole programme were so helpful and informative that I was clear about next steps in treatment and the expected outcomes. Despite some occasional unpalatable medicines, I understood the benefit to me, and I return home knowing that I have benefitted hugely from the whole experience.
I also shall have many lasting memories of the kindness, support and care of all of the staff in the retreat.
I look forward to my next visit already.
