毛里求斯专业潜水公司的点评
点评：Great dive centre with brilliant staff that I can only highly recommend. I used Pro Dive 5 years ago when located across the road and under different ownership but the standards are still the same.
I stayed at the nearby Casuarina Hotel for 3 weeks in September and October and made a total of 20 dives with guides JP,James and Donovan. As the website indicates the dive sites are varied including colourful coral reefs,rocky reefs and several wrecks.
The guides are all very knowledgeable of the area and will readily abort a dive if conditions are poor, which happened on one dive where current was too strong.
The dive boat is the same one that I used 5 years ago and it is showing signs of age but in my opinion is still the best dive boat in the bay and at no point were there more than 8 divers ,often 4 or less on all my dives. The boat is comfortable with a good kitting up bench and inside area with toilet.
This centre also has the advantage of a jetty to access the boat which is not the case for the majority of dive centres in the area which use much smaller boats accessed from the beach meaning a far less comfortable dive experience in my opinion.
Drinks and biscuits provided after every dive and after a great night dive on the Stella Maru wreck a delicious quiche was provided.
I took all my own gear but there is plenty of good equipment to rent along with 12 and 15 litre tanks.
I have a non diving partner and Mauritius is ideal for me as it's easy to have two dives and be back at the hotel in time for lunch.
You will not be disappointed if you chose Pro Dive for your diving provider but just be aware cash only accepted for payment.
