An excellent brewery experience
Stewart Brewing Experience的点评
点评：A fantastic brewery experience. Lovely welcome on arrival, given a beer of our choice whilst they took us through what was going to happen.
Our Brewer, Nathan was very knowledgeable and good company as he explained the process & got us involved in picking & measuring our barley, hops, salts & yeast to make our beer.
We then had amazing pizzas in the bar restaurant which was packed & had a great atmosphere. We were given tokens for beers, so we tried a few, I had Hazy, Radical Road, Edinburgh Gold, Stewart’s Lager and their stout Edinburgh Black.
I thoroughly enjoyed all the beers we tried.
My adult son has severe food allergies, but there was no problem at all with the pizzas with a vegan cheese alternative.
We have to go back in a few weeks to bottle our beer and we will be sure to sample a few more beers and enjoy some more pizza.
A really good experience, we did this at 4pm and made an evening of it.
