Maison Wolfberger的点评
点评：We were visiting beautiful Eguisheim and hadn’t realised that it was also the home of Wolfberger. This was fortunate, because we wanted to buy some Cremant d’Alsace and we remembered that we had recently enjoyed a Wolfberger example. We received a very warm welcome at the very smart looking tasting area, where we were able to ask questions and try a taste of 6 of their wines (3 per person), all accompanied by a good explanation of each variety. That done, we bought ourselves a mix of our favourites to take away, together with a box of glasses - all at sensible prices. The store itself is very attractive and an air-conditioned haven on a hot day!
We almost had a bit of a disaster once we were back at the car and realised we’d mislaid one of our mobile phones but, having retraced our steps, it was found safe and sound and looked after by one of the lovely staff at the tasting bar. Phew!
A really enjoyable visit and well worth seeing when in Eguisheim.
