点评：Freshwater Beach on the north shore is a place i grew up on every Sunday my family packed the car and with most of our street in tow we would arrive and have the best family days ever. As I grew older and had a family it was my go to place most Saturdays to shake off a busy working week and just chill and clear my mind.. My husband and I were on business back in Sydney last week and had some dental surgery and we were about to farewell a good friend at the end of the week so I needed some much me time take a big deep breath and get some vitamin sea and sunshine on the face.. this beach is just Perth fect (as i now live in Perth) not too big not or small not too many people . A Saltwater pool at one end , beautiful houses on the cliff tops looking down over the beautiful white sand and blue water with white caps as the waves roll in.. Magical looking surf club. A shop on the beach to buy your favourite ice- cream cold drink , snack, walk along the water line to the rocks one way it will take you around to hustle and bustle of busy Manly or climb the path up over the ramp to the top of the hill and down to manly that way. FRESHWATER has a gorgeous little shopping strip walking distance from the beach an awesome hotel all renovated i see in the past 4 years since ive been away. Some really nice local restaurants too, parking is free in the street if you get lucky but there is also paid parking closer.. This beach you could sit on all day and just glaze into the blue ocean. It will be my resting place when the time comes best North shore beach by far
