A good experience for the price we paid

点评：We recently returned from this hotel, and overall, it met our expectations. While some areas of the hotel do need refurbishment, I agree that the spa facilities require attention. The jacuzzi wasn’t warm enough, and neither the steam room nor the sauna were up to standard.
On a positive note, the hotel offers excellent massage services, and the Turkish bath experience was exceptional. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was consistently clean. The food was also decent for an all-inclusive hotel, and drinks were served promptly at the bar.
All in all, it was an affordable break, and we likely got more than we expected. It’s amusing when people pay £50 per day for an all-inclusive package and leave negative reviews, forgetting that a night out in London could cost more than an entire week at this hotel. But each to their own. Overall, it was a good experience for the price we paid. Thank you.
