Popular spot, pleasant enough but not as spectacular as I envisaged

点评：We went with our own private guide and car, you have to drive someway into the park, our guide said they’re currently modifying the entrance to the park so pre booked cars and get in more easily as there was a queue to get in as we had to wait behind people paying.
I must admit I was expecting the seven colours viewing area to be more spectacular, may be I’m being more jaded as I become older, it was okay but not stunning, I couldn’t see much colour changes, it just looked like a large expanse of reddish brown rock frankly but other people would probably disagree if they’d never seen anything similar during their travels.
As for the tortoises, well they don’t move much and frankly once you’ve seen one tortoise you’ve seen them all really! It was frustrating to see some idiot trying to feed them when there was a sign RIGHT THERE telling visitors not to do so, honestly that annoyed me and I walked away. No wonder the animals are kept fenced in I dread to think what idiots would do if left to walk around them.
