点评：This was a very badly organised trip. The main problem was at stop 8 there were too many people wanting to get on and there were no places on the first two buses. The number of people was increasing. My wife phoned the bus company but could not get any help. A third bus came and let only 5 people on. Being British we queued sensibly but others rushed the scene. Eventually this bus came back and we have an emotional discussion with the driver who could not help but in fairness he arranged for an empty relief bus to come and pick us up which duly came 30 mins later. So in total we waited over two hours. This is not a good service. The lady in town kept selling tickets totally oblivious to the situation. Apart from getting the relief bus the only positive is that we met a nice couple and had drink with them back in Rethymno. If you take this bus tour get off it at your peril.
