点评：Misleading and dishonest company. Steer clear. Sounds like new owners based on other reviews. We had an experience typical of many vacationers. Rented boat with some inclement weather in the forecast but comforted by website's clear acknowledgment of special circumstances like a small craft advisory. We were even more comforted after meeting the friendly staff. Great guy! He's cool. He gets we're trying to fight the weather but really want to fish! So we used the boat for 4 days after which the weather got worse (not better like all vacationers hope for!) and we opted to return the boat. Their staff gladly accepted the boat back even making a special trip to accommodate us. There was a small craft advisory so it makes perfect sense they'd accept the boat back. They filled it up, took the keys and closed out the rental. Again, great guys so far right! Just like you'd expect from reading their website. Then, two days later, the owner calls me to say they will not issue even a partial refund. All of a sudden, we're dealing with those predatory type folks who vacationers dreed dealing with. You know the type, they see no grey area, no special circumstances, nothing. I'm not kidding on my last call with them they were still charging me for my last day's rental (8th) despite 7' seas and a small craft advisory! I hadn't seen the boat in for 4 days!
I rarely write reviews but this company's owner is unscrupulous. Don't be fooled by the shiny veneer. If anything goes wrong, they will nail you to the wall. You've been warned! Side note, the boat we rented was in very poor shape. Front handlebar feel off as we were leaving dock! My wife cut her leg on an exposed screw on the bow. We overlooked it. We're on vacation, cool vibes! I should have known then this is one of those companies!
