Great morning, 54 yr & 19yrs old hiked up a well marked path.

点评：Walked up Tahtalı Dagi 5th September from end of trail road above Beyçik. Taxi from Çirali at 6am and collected from Cable car station (1100TL each) 12pm cost 2200TL. Started walking at 6.30am, arrived at top at 11am (including approx 45 mins of stops for drinks and photos etc. ) First part was steepest (but not too bad) through pine forests, sheltered. Saw dead scorpion and a vicious corgi sized dog at the cafe (closed). Not tied up, chased us but easily fended off with a shout and a stick. Then a zig zag on scree, partly sheltered before the ridge walk in full sun to top - gentle incline with zero exposure. Cafe on top is busy but didn’t see a soul on the trail. The display board shows wolves 😳but glad we didn’t see any! We were daughter and mam, 19yr old and 54yrs used to hill walking in Wales. This was not a strenuous walk as incline is fairy gradual and even. Heat was ok given early start, temp at Çirali approx 32-34. degrees C. Great views, nice plants along route. V nice walking into sea later that afternoon and looking back at the mountain thinking, yep, we were up there a few hours ago!
