Skyrail Rainforest Cableway的点评
点评：Glad we read reviews to purchase tickets direct from Skyrail as we didn’t want to go on a full day organised tour. Picked up from nearby stop by Skyrail bus and taken to the start of the cable line. It was really well organised and all the staff were friendly and polite. We didn’t listen to the presentation on the app as suggested as we were so enthralled by the view that we forgot! There are 2 stops on the way up where you can get into the forest and walkways are well signposted and information provided on the forest and its inhabitants!
Kuranda at the end of the line has lots of small shops and there’s a bird sanctuary and koala area which both charge for entry- we didn’t go in either. We had allowed a few hours to explore but didn’t need as much time as we thought but depends what visitors want!
Travelled back to Cairns on the scenic railway which was a hot trip with interesting commentary about its construction.
Excellent day out.
