点评:I have just returned from a long weekend wellness retreat with some friends. This was the second time I have done one of Kirsten’s retreats. We had an absolutely wonderful time in beautiful Byron Bay, felt so very relaxed and well taken care of. Kirsten is such a wonderful host; she really goes above and beyond for her guests and every detail is thought of. We loved the daily yoga sessions, massages, treatments and enjoyed the most amazing healthy food. The retreat was a great balance between planned activities/treatments and still leaving plenty of free time to explore the local town, go for a walk, a swim at the beach or whatever you choose. You can also add extra treatments or activities into your retreat and it is all co-ordinated in a schedule for you.
Kirsten has an absolute wealth of knowledge in wellness and is so willing to share her learning and many tips. Between her skills in yoga, naturopathy, massage and cooking I really learn so much and have many ideas to take home and implement into my every day.
If you are considering doing something like this, I can’t recommend Byron Wellbeing Health Retreats highly enough.
