Lovely grounds, restaurant and excellent staff. However dreadful shower facilities for the ladies. Would not return.

点评：This was a Christmas gift, our first ever spa experience for myself and my daughter. This include two express treatments, lunch with a glass of fizz and use of the spa facilities. However, the shower room was dilapidated, and there were not enough beds so round the pool for a busy day. I noted some guests were in white fluffy robes and myself and other grey waffle robes. The white robed people did not appear to use the sower facilities that we were directed to and after my treatments, I was directed to the usual shower room with the advice that the spa shower was busy. Which mad me realise there was an additional spa area and probably used for the white robed people.
The Hotel and staff were excellent and the treatments were wonderful. The lunch was very good also.
I would not return and would feel embarrassed if I had purchased this as a gift for someone as the facilities I used were poor.
