Do not book a spa day here not relaxing

点评：We booked a spa break thinking it would be a relaxing stay, but unfortunately we are very disappointed with the experience we have had.
We arrived yesterday at the hotel and checked in at 3pm. We were not told any information from the staff about where to go for breakfast, spa or dinner. We managed to find the spa and booked in. The treatment was lovely and relaxing and the staff member I had was very kind and professional, however, we went to the pool to chill out and read after our treatment but there were swimming lessons going on with children everywhere. They were non stop screaming and shouting and we could barely hear ourselves talking.
When we booked this spa break we were expecting to relax, but we did far from that. The swimming lessons were on until 7pm when we had dinner booked so we couldn't even relax by the poolside or have a swim. We are unsure why you would have a spa day which runs from 3pm to 11am the next day and have children's swimming lessons during these times. The pool closed at 8.30pm so we couldn't even go swimming after dinner which we were really upset about. We couldn't even go for a morning swim as they had baby swim classes first thing.
The spa facilities were dirty and broken which is really disappointing.
The dinner was delicious we had a lovely dinner but the environment was quite tense and we didn't feel comfortable eating there.
We paid over £200 for this experience and have left with a headache, feeling overwhelmed from stress and certainly not relaxed.
Do not recommend a spa day here but dinner and breakfast was great in the hotel side.
