点评:My cousin and I arrived in Basel on Dec 12th coming from Nuremberg, Germany by rail. After a 4 hour trip we wanted to refresh ourselves in the ladies bathroom or water closet as it’s called there. It cost 1 euro but it was worth it. Clean, airy, water, soap and paper towels with attendants. The train station was busy and we had to wait for my cousin that lives in Basel to get there so perused some of the shoppes they had in the station. The chocolate, boutiques and pastry/sandwich shop were nice and clean. All staff and security were helpful and friendly. I even went to exchange. dollars into francs and the rep that helped me was patient and helpful.
The building was a beautiful old style but with modern monitors and plenty of benches to sit on wait for your train. It was a great welcome for our first time in Switzerland.

这座建筑是美丽的老式风格,但配有现代显示器和许多长椅,可以坐在上面等火车。这是我们第一次来瑞士,受到了热烈的欢迎。
