点评：My visit to Diamante Jewels & Time began with buying a charm for my Pandora bracelet. It was our first time in Aruba and there was a sign outdoors advertising the Pandora brand. Being that my daughter had purchased me a bracelet for Christmas and I enjoyed my time in Aruba so much, I wanted to have a charm as a special souvenir for myself. 3 days prior, I had lost my wedding ring at the Denver Airport. I was devastated, but was still clinging to the hope that someone would turn my ring in and I would have it once again. That said, I wasn't looking for a ring. To my surprise, my husband found himself at the ring case in the back of the store. Even then, there was no way I was under the impression, that I would be leaving with a new ring. I found ONE ring I liked in the entire store. I hadn't told him which one it was, but he figured it out on his own. A short time later, he and Juggy (the store owner), came to an agreement on price and the handshake was made. Or should I say, the relationship was made. <3 This all happened at the final hour of the store's business day. They shut the doors, opened a bottle of champagne and gave my friends and I the treatment! A girlfriend with me bought a watch she couldn't refuse. My other girlfriend with out walked out with a pair of earrings bought by her husband. My husband bought a watch. The ring I picked out didn't fit and Juggy asked us to wait while he personally took it to his shop to have sized for me. This entire experience was unreal. Juggy and his staff were so personable, warm, and friendly. My friends and I were all in agreeance that it wasn't the SALE they were after, their intentions were to build a RELATIONSHIP with us. We all agreed they were very sincere. I've not had a buying experience like this in my entire life. It was this very experience that has us planning a destination vaca to Aruba and when we do, we will be extending an invite to dinner to Juggy. He completely understood the loss we had just incurred and I felt his sincerity. I work in sales every day. I know how to close. But I also know when someone is genuine and sincere. Buy your jewelry here when you are in Aruba and tell him I sent you. You will not be disappointed.
