Short stay in the beautiful eco-cabin Bramble

点评：We stayed in the eco-cabins and had the most beautiful trip. I planned this as a surprise for my partner and it was more than I could have imagined!
From the few days prior to check in all the way through i was amazed. All of the staff I dealt with were wonderful, and I was able to contact the team regarding the surprise, organise food, the payment of any add ons etc and they were so lovely throughout. I was able to organise a self check in, which allowed for a surprise element for my partner, and even though it was our own check in Fiona was right nearby to help with any queries we had and to check all was working well!
The out of hours access to the gardens was amazing and allowed us to get up early and go for a walk around the gardens in the sun before other people had arrived. This was a really lovely start to the day as the gardens were beyond beautiful.
The welcome basket, the robes and slippers, the amazing fresh bread and eggs, the hot tub and more were nothing short of perfection for our short stay.. we would definitely stay longer and would recommend longer stays as you need the time to soak up all the wonderful things that Mount Congreve have to offer. We have already planned to come back and stay for longer later in the year, absolutely loved it and the staff are so kind, an absolute credit. The cabins are so beautiful, and having a private deck to sit out and chat in the summer evening was so nice to have also. Highly recommend staying here and having the entire experience !!
