Lovely staff besides one

点评：My husband and I had such a lovely time relaxing as my birthday get away and really enjoyed the vibes around the pool.
I would mention some of the facilities need fixing due to a lot of the communal toilets having missing locks or toilet seats and our room door was really hard to open, my husband had to barge it open.
I do want to say that the staff were so friendly and accommodating. In particular the bar staff, efficient and served with such energy it was lovely!
However, one particular staff Jana let it down for the whole team. She worked on reception during our stay and I can only describe her as beyond rude. I absolutely hate leaving a negative review it’s so against my nature but I was genuinely was so shocked at the way she spoke to us and it felt like out of no where! We tried to return our towels and genuinely the level of rudeness was remarkable. If I was management, I would want any of the other amazing staff client facing & on reception over her. Jana was rude the moment we arrived and checked in and until the end. Such a shame! People come to relax not to be spoken down to and faces pulled at. When we checked in at 7:30pm we were told we were not allowed to go to our room and we must go and eat first. We had been travelling all day and just wanted to rest before going into the restaurant, she gave us no options. When we were allowed to check in after eating, apart from a poorly described directions to our room she told us nothing else about the hotel, we had to work it out for ourselves. Not a great start to the holiday and then the towel returning incident at the end, left a bad taste in our mouth for sure. We witnessed how she spoke to others as well, and you will lose business with a staff member like that.
For the price we paid we were pleased with the hotel and like I said besides one staff member everyone was so friendly and helpful.
