点评：It is about 6 months since we visited because of ill health. We used to go about once a month. I am a wheelchair user and there is a long, level walk from Mudeford Quay to Highcliffe plus good clean DP loos. On my last review I complained about cleanliness of toilets at Avon beach. They’re no better, in fact worse this time. My husband used the regular toilets and said they were not clean either. The bowl was stained and had smears of poo round it. The floor was sandy and slippery. If someone needed changing there was no was this could be done.the Noisy Lobster has building works going on again. And the lovely little shop where you could buy anything has been turned into a deli and another cafe! This area has been totally ruined by commercialism. Instead of making more cafes etc the own should put some money into building better facilities the disabled. Lots of disabled people visit here because it is so accessible- build a shower/changing room as well as a toilet as they have done at Lepe. AND employ a daily cleaner like you used to. It’s all very well having lots of upmarket eateries but if your facilities are dirty and unusable people will not come. I complained in the shop yesterday and they said they would get them cleaned. But they should have been cleaned first thing before visitors arrived EVERY DAY! Not going here again - will go to Lepe where I can be confident in having the facilities I need.
