点评:Just across from the Lobster Hatchery in the old station buildings you will find one of the hidden gems of Padstow. If we had not visited the former we could well have missed it.
Derrick is a treasure trove of information regarding Padstow and well worth spending a few minutes just chatting to him.
The museum has lots of history of the local population, of wreaks and smuggling along with the early life boats.
The old range took me back to my Grandparents cottage as it was almost exactly as I remember it.
The arrival of the railway during the victorian time, changed the face of the town. They could now get fish to London 3 hours before Penzance and Padstow boom not only from this, but the early "tourists" who flocked to the sea.
There is no entrance fee, but make sure you make a donation in order to keep this little gem going.
