Beautiful spa setting but construction noise, rushed massage, and small hygiene issues took away from the experience.

点评：We booked the Intuitive Heart Massage (Reiki), scrub, mask, and detox bath at Karsa Spa. The massage started beautifully but felt rushed toward the end, and although we were asked if we wanted oil used on the head and face (and said yes), none was used — which made it quite uncomfortable on the hair and skin.
There was also loud construction noise for about an hour during the treatment, which really impacted the relaxation. The therapist did kindly check in to ask if the noise was an issue — and while I appreciated that, I said it was okay, because realistically, what could she have done in that situation?
Communication with the therapist was a little difficult, and at reception, the coffee scrub tester (for smelling) had bugs in it, which made me feel uneasy about the hygiene of the products used during the scrub treatment.
Just a heads-up for others: the pick-up point for online taxis (through apps) is about a 10-minute walk from the spa — not a big issue, but something to keep in mind if you’re visiting.
The treatments themselves were good overall, but for the price and reputation, I expected a little more attention to detail.
