10/10 Fantastic staff. Fantastic fun for a family day out!!

点评：Fabulous experience for my 2 daughters (9 & 11) along with their 9 year old friend today ( 22nd March). We booked the hour and a half slot for the skypark, drop and climbing walls and Ross was their instructor.
Ross was a lovely patient young man, as one of my girls got scared on the skypark but he was fantastic and helped her to the end. All safety harnesses were checked by instructor at each part of the course and climbing shoes provided.
All 3 girls had a fantastic time and couldn't agree on best part of experience as one liked the drop best, another the climbing walls and the other the skypark. Overall they agreed it was brilliant fun!
We also bought tokens for the big slide which they also loved.
Staff were attentive and helpful from beginning to end and the girls can't wait to go back!
One thing I think could be made clearer on website is that there are lockers upstairs where you can leave your stuff and staff lock them so your belongings are completely safe ( wish I had known as I took kids jumpers back to car) but this is just a small niggle.
This was well worth the money and I would highly recommend for a family outing. We will most certainly be back.
